Welcome to the website for the 2nd Plympton Company of the Boys' Brigade. We are the largest Boys' Brigade company in the Plymouth Battalion and work hard to ensure that all our Boys brought up with the object of the Boys' Brigade "The advancement of Christ's kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-respect and all that tends towards a true Christian manliness." This is done through a fairly informal programme of activities and games which are enjoyed by the boys.
Our parade nights are on Mondays at Ridgeway Methodist Church, and we also hold other events throughout the year.
There are 4 sections within the Company:
Anchors 5-8 years of age
Juniors 8-11 years of age
Company 11-15 years of age
Seniors 15-18 years of age
If you would like to join the company, or to find out more about who we are and what we do, why not come along and see us on our parade nights. Or alternatively you can Contact Us to ask for more information.

ON Saturday 28 April 2012, the Junior and company sections participated in the joint event run by the Plymouth Battalion of The Boys' Brigade and the Plymouth District of The Girls' Brigade.
Members of the company section assisted in the running of the event by manning activities for teams to take part in. The afternoon involved challenges from 'Guess that smell' to Wii games, a 'minefield' challenge to getting wet retrieving a ping pong ball. As a result of the hard work put in by the members of the team, we achieved 5th place out of 21 teams.
Well done to all those involved.
